Since our products are digital files (PDFs, Spreadsheets) or services, there is no physical shipping.
- Instant Access: Upon payment confirmation on our shop, you will receive an email containing a secure download link.
- Services: For strategy calls and audits, “delivery” constitutes the confirmation of your booking slot or the sending of the intake form.
