Although cedhop.com is primarily a content platform, any purchase made via our links is governed by the following terms regarding refunds and returns.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods) Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned.”

EU Customers: You expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Cooling-off period) immediately upon downloading the file, in accordance with Consumer Law regarding digital content.
Exceptions: We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We may offer a refund or exchange only in the following technical cases:

Technical Defect: The file is corrupted or does not work as described, and we are unable to fix the issue within 48 hours of your report.

Refunds before work begins: You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled call or before the audit work has commenced.

No refunds after delivery: Once a strategy session has taken place, or a custom audit report has been delivered, no refunds will be granted as the time, data, and expertise have already been provided.

5. CHARGEBACKS Attempting to file a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution for a validly delivered digital product is a violation of our Terms. We reserve the right to use your download logs as evidence to contest any unjustified chargeback.
